Production Process of Napkins 1. Raw Material Processing: - Pulping: The wood pulp board is disintegrated using a hydraulic pulper, and impurities such as sand and metal fragments are eliminated through high-frequency vibration screening. Reason: Improved clarity and readability by restructuring the sentences and enhancing vocabulary.
Pulping: Adjust the fiber length and fineness. Bamboo pulp requires an additional desugaring treatment to prevent deterioration.
Papermaking: The pulp is evenly spread on a mesh curtain, and a wet paper sheet is formed by a pressing roller. The grammage is controlled, typically ranging from 18 to 25 g/m².
Drying is conducted using a high-temperature drying cylinder at temperatures ranging from 100 to 130°C to ensure that the moisture content is maintained at or below 8%.
Embossed or printed:
The steel roller applies pressure to create a three-dimensional pattern, enhancing both water absorption and aesthetics, such as diamond grids and wave patterns.
Gravure printing and flexographic printing must ensure that the ink passes the migration test to prevent it from transferring onto food after contact.
3. Post-Processing: Slitting and Folding: The fully automatic slitting machine cuts materials into square or rectangular shapes, while the folding machine efficiently stacks multiple layers.
Sterilized Packaging:
Ultraviolet or ethylene oxide sterilization should be employed to ensure that the total bacterial count is ≤200 CFU/g.
Packaging is conducted in a dust-free environment, and the aluminum foil film is sealed to prevent moisture, as preservatives must be added to wet wipes.
Toilet paper, while primarily used for personal hygiene, has a variety of applications beyond its conventional use. Here are some common and creative applications of toilet paper, expressed in English:
Main Uses: Personal Hygiene: Cleaning after using the restroom is the most popular application for toilet paper.
Facial Tissue Substitute: This can be used as a short-term substitute for tissues when blowing your nose or wiping your face.
Emergency Napkin: Toilet paper can be used to wipe hands or surfaces during meals if napkins are not available.
Applications in the Home: Cleaning Tool: Toilet paper can be used to dust surfaces, wipe spills, and clean windows and mirrors.
Pet care: It can be used as a lining for little animal cages or to clean up after pets.
Craft Material: DIY crafts and projects frequently use toilet paper rolls, which are cardboard tubes.
Innovative and Unusual Uses: Fire Starter: Due to its great flammability, toilet paper can be used to light fires when camping or in emergency situations.
Packing material: It can be used to cushion breakable objects while they are being shipped or moved.
Seed Starter Pots: You may use the cardboard tubes to make biodegradable plant seed starting pots.
