Production Process of Napkins 1. The steel roller applies pressure to create a three-dimensional pattern, enhancing both water absorption and aesthetics, such as diamond grids and wave patterns.

Gravure printing and flexographic printing must ensure that the ink passes the migration test to prevent it from transferring onto food after contact.

3. Post-Processing: Slitting and Folding: The fully automatic slitting machine cuts materials into square or rectangular shapes, while the folding machine efficiently stacks multiple layers.

Sterilized Packaging:

Ultraviolet or ethylene oxide sterilization should be employed to ensure that the total bacterial count is ≤200 CFU/g.

Packaging is conducted in a dust-free environment, and the aluminum foil film is sealed to prevent moisture, as preservatives must be added to wet wipes.
